1. Validity Period Each lesson pack is valid for a specific period, as stated at the time of purchase. Lessons must be scheduled and completed within this timeframe. If you are unable to use all your lessons within the set period, they may be forfeited. However, please feel free to reach out – I’m always happy to see if an extension is possible, depending on the situation. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged. That said, I understand that life happens – if something urgent comes up, don't hesitate to ask. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs when possible.
